I'm a nerd, but not a super nerd.  Probably more of a geek.  (The difference in terminology is debatable.)  If you ever don't know what I'm talking about on a page, either term or abbreviation, or whatever, feel free to look it up without any embarrassment.  I obviously learned it somewhere, and a good quarter of that "somewhere" has probably been through Google or some other search engine.  At least I think so.  To my knowledge, I did not simply spawn with a whole wealth of pointless information in my head, but there's also a lot of things I don't know, so maybe the truth of my origin in among them.

Ok, have fun, try to not get hurt any more than you hurt anyone else.  (I'd like to think that if I get beat down with a baseball bat, at least I showed that bat the what-for when it was pummeling my spleen or whatever, which, given that "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction," is technically true, just the bat probably is a lot more resistant to damage than my internal organs are.)
